We are very proud of our members and their accomplishments:

• More than one quarter of our club members are Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM)
• We have several Past District Governors (PDGs) as well as current Division/Area Governors and other District 2 leaders onboard!
• Several of our members are District 2 contest stars who won Division and even District contests (International Speech & Evaluation Contest as well as the Humorous Speech & Table Topic Contest)
• Members of our club take on seminars, trainings and workshops at TLIs and other events relevant to all members in District 2
• SSP organized the 2007 District 2 Fall Conference

Featured Speaker Evaluation

The featured speaker has three evaluators who focus on different aspects of the speech:

• Content – accomplishment of purpose, flow, transitions, impact
• Gestures/Props – visual aids, movement and gestures, posture, eye contact
• Voice/Vocal Variety – word usage expressiveness, volume, variety

This evaluation structure produces uniquely comprehensive results with suggestions that are easily incorporated into your speech.
